The Account Statistics page provides a summary of the number of cases by case type (purchase, sale), and case status over the specified search period. Cases typically progresses through several well-known states:

Live - case is active and progressing

No Deal - case is active but a third party may have delayed progress (e.g. buyer drops out of a sale)

Suspended - case is suspended

Exchanged - transaction has exchanged succesfully

Completed - transaction has completed sucessfully

Aborted - case is aborted and the transcation (sale or purchase) is no longer valid

Closed - case is closed (either a successful transaction or aborted)

Anomalies

At the base of the table there are indicators of any possible anomalies in the data. Completion anomalies includes events such as closed cases with valid exchange dates and no completion dates. Possible Data Errors includes transaction data that is in a questionable state (e.g. no valid milstones recognised or set).
