The Case Status Report page shows real-time case details and status information. It provides a detailed list of the major milestones associated with the case,
together with an indication of when the milestone is either planned or achieved.
The system will automatically populate the status of the case whenever a
key process has been actioned. The status field in the case details
will then automatically be set to one of the following:
- Live - the case is open and proceeding
- Suspended - the case has been suspended
- No Deal - the case has been suspended because there is no deal
- Exchanged - the case has exchanged
- Completed - the case has completed
- Closed - the case is closed
- Aborted - the case has been aborted
